How long have you worked at UnderwriteMe?
Since September 2019.
How have you found it so far?
I enjoy working here a lot. I laugh every day and everyone is super friendly.
What does a day look like for you?
My average day will consist of working on tickets raised by customers and internal staff. It’s a real mixture of work as each ticket is different from new starter set-up to request for hardware.
What skill sets are you building in your current role?
I’m building upon my interpersonal skills and, once my apprenticeship course starts I will be focusing on improving my knowledge in cyber security.
