Caspian Insurance integrates in-house systems with UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform
UnderwriteMe has announced that Caspian Insurance is the first adviser firm to access its Protection Platform by Application Programming Interface (API) and integrate it into its own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
The Manchester-based Life Insurance intermediary, has used the Protection Platform since 2018 and the API integration allows advisers to provide a more concise service, saving time for customers without compromising on quality. Being able to start and submit Protection applications in one place, clients experience a better journey whilst advisers no longer have to input the same information multiple times.
The integration also brings the power of automation and analytics to the adviser market with document retrieval and improved data analytics making it easier to improve ongoing service offerings to customers, particularly post-sale with the use of automated emails.
In the first 3 months of adopting the Protection Platform, Caspian saw an uplift of 12% of customers helped. Now, with the Protection Platform further integrated, Caspian looks forward to helping more people financially protect their loved ones.
